To the untrained eye it doesn’t look like much yet but you should have seen what this living & dining room looked like when we first started… Located just across Interstate 45 from the ever popular and gentrified Heights this home is situated in a rapidly growing area on a full sized lot around a TON of new development and renovated homes!
Over the past few years the team here at Houston Vintage Homes has designed and renovated several homes in this area and it’s simply amazing to see how fast this area is progressing. There are so many things to love about this area as there are no less than 4 parks within a 15 minute bike ride to this home, some ultra hip eateries and bars like the The Edison which is one of our favorite watering holes close by!
