Eado (East of Downtown Houston) Bungalow Renovation – Coming Soon
The HVH team continues with our mission to reshape the face of inner city Houston one home at a time and we are blessed and excited about our next Craftsman Bungalow project in Houston’s Eado (East of Downtown Houston) community also commonly referred to as Eado or Entertainment & Arts District. Regardless of which moniker you use this area is chocked full of super neat looking bungalows and Craftsman mixed in with in fill new construction development.
I can’t disclose at this time all the juicy details on this one but I can tell she is in for an extreme makeover that will be nothing less than impressive! Early plans call for a gourmet kitchen with oversized Shaker cabinets, reclaimed Red Oak hardwood floors, some exposed European smeared brick and one or two other goodies!
